"Dave Peikon is an accomplished, successful professional artist who is equally talented in the classroom. His many loyal students are inspired by his obvious love for his craft to work hard and enjoy the beauty of creating a piece of art.

Dave's ability to spend time with each one of his students, helping develop their skills, is amazing. His approach-emphasizing the importance of observation-is simple, informative, direct, and clear, and his down-to-earth attitude creates a wonderful camaraderie.

I was fortunate to attend Dave's recent solo exhibition at Old Westbury Gardens, and experienced first-hand his magnificent paintings.  It is a privilege and an honor to study with him."
